Entreprendre.ch: simplifying company formation, without compromising on expertise
Founded in Geneva in 2020, Entreprendre.ch helps entrepreneurs in French-speaking Switzerland set up and make changes to their companies. The original idea was simple: make these procedures clearer and more accessible, with better support.

Our story
It started with first-hand experience
When setting up their own companies, the founders of Entreprendre.ch faced fees of around CHF 3,000 to form an LLC (Sàrl). A significant sum for a business with no revenue or customers yet.
At that stage, every franc counts. That budget could fund product development, a website, a marketing campaign or simply give the business a few months of breathing room.
Improving the process while retaining expertise
Forming an LLC or forming a limited company (SA) requires care: articles of association, the deed of incorporation, a notary, a capital deposit account and registration with the Commercial Register. The aim was never to bypass these steps.
It was to organise them better. A platform could collect information, standardise suitable tasks and coordinate the professionals involved, while retaining personal support whenever an application needed it.
The question behind it all
Why should such a structured process remain expensive, unclear and difficult to follow?
Entreprendre.ch grew out of that question, with the aim of providing clear pricing and a named point of contact from the first conversation through to registration.

Three complementary backgrounds
In 2020, Arthur Germain, Cyril Déléaval and Romain Prieur brought together three complementary areas of experience: digital technology, business development and accounting expertise. All three understood the practical challenges of starting a business.

Accounting expertise and operations
Romain Prieur
A Swiss-qualified accountant, founder of Karpeo accounting firm and co-founder of Entreprendre.ch. He now leads the platform with his team.

A Geneva team serving entrepreneurs across French-speaking Switzerland
Entreprendre.ch is now led by Romain Prieur and a team based in Geneva. The platform combines digital tools with personal support to prepare, check and coordinate each application.
It supports company formation and company changes. Ongoing accounting support is provided by our accounting firm, Karpeo.
Accounting, tax and payroll services are provided by Karpeo, our accounting firm, under the supervision of Sarah and Romain Prieur, Swiss-qualified accountants and members of EXPERTsuisse.
For businesses in Lausanne and the canton of Vaud, Karpeo also offers this support under the Fiduciaire Lausannoise brand.
