As your organisation evolves, we adapt payroll support to your structure and the tasks you want to delegate.
Employees, paid directors, part-time staff or variable pay: we prepare payroll using the contracts and information you provide.
Does your sole proprietorship employ one or more people? Our service covers their pay and social insurance contributions. Your own self-employment income is handled separately.
Your first hire or a change of provider: we review insurance affiliations, available records and the next payroll deadline.
We agree which services you want to outsource. Know what information to provide, what we prepare and what you need to approve.
We prepare payroll using the information received. The engagement defines who approves payroll, submits declarations and makes payments. Outsourcing does not remove your responsibilities as an employer.
Headcount matters, alongside pay variations, tax circumstances and the services you want us to handle.
A proposal that clearly separates routine support from one-off work.
Fees are quoted in CHF excluding VAT.
You can outsource payroll alone. If you want to combine payroll and accounting, we coordinate both services in your proposal.
Payroll is quoted separately from the accounting plans shown on our Geneva accounting services page.
Tell us about your business, headcount, current arrangements and the next payroll run. If a deadline is close, mention it in our first conversation.
You approve the quote, services and responsibilities. We organise the transfer of records and the timetable for information, checks and approvals.
Each month, you send staff changes and variable payroll information. We prepare the calculations and submit them to you according to the agreed process.
We define authorised contacts and document-sharing arrangements during setup. For an initial quote, a workforce overview is enough: do not send payslips or employees’ personal information through this form.

We provide a quote based on headcount, pay variations, withholding tax situations and the tasks you want to delegate. The proposal distinguishes monthly support, annual work and any setup or handover. Fees are stated in CHF excluding VAT. Payroll is not automatically included in accounting plans.
Yes. We support employers from their first employee, including sole proprietors hiring staff and LLCs or limited companies paying their owner-manager. We review contracts, affiliations and the required information before the first payroll run.
A sole proprietor’s own business income is not treated as an employee salary from their business. It falls under their self-employment accounting and social insurance arrangements. People they employ do need their own payroll. An owner-manager paid by an LLC or limited company is in a different position. We distinguish these situations during our initial discussion.
Yes. You can outsource payroll while keeping accounting in-house or with your existing firm. We agree the documents to share and how to coordinate with whoever maintains your accounts. If you want to combine both services, we propose an appropriate scope.
We review each employee’s circumstances, the relevant canton and supporting documents. Cross-border status alone does not determine the treatment: the applicable rules and agreements must be checked. Where withholding tax is due, its calculation and reporting can be included in the engagement. The cantonal tax authorities are responsible for these matters.
Changes since the last payroll run: starters or leavers, contract or working-percentage changes, variable hours, bonuses, expenses and absences with the necessary evidence. Contracts and core employee data are collected during setup. Together, we set an information deadline that allows time to prepare and approve payroll before payment.
They can be included in the engagement; their scope and fees are specified in the quote. Salary certificates and declarations to social insurance funds and insurers are separate from monthly payslips. You know from the outset what we will handle.
Yes, with a planned handover. We review existing payslips, year-to-date totals, affiliations and remaining deadlines. With your authorisation, we coordinate the transfer of information with your current provider. The proposal sets out the timetable and any handover or correction work.
The engagement specifies the arrangements. We prepare the agreed payroll information and you retain control over approvals. We jointly define how declarations are submitted and payments are made; a payroll engagement does not automatically include making bank transfers. Your employer responsibilities remain.
