An LLC or SA is generally formed within three to four weeks, depending on the documents, bank and Commercial Register. First contact within 24 business hours is not a registration deadline. For a sole proprietorship, timing depends particularly on the evidence and the OASI compensation office’s processing of the application; that office decides whether to recognise self-employed status.
